Building Trust Through Design
The core objective for the Gateway web app was to build a new, intuitive design that instills user confidence and simplifies the often-complex process of securing loans. The focus was on creating a welcoming and trustworthy digital environment.
Intuitive Loan Application Flow
We designed a straightforward and interactive loan application process, guiding users through various loan options (personal, mortgage, auto). The conversational UI within the mobile frame demonstrates how users can easily interact to understand and apply for loans, enhancing user experience and reducing friction.
Clear Communication and Accessibility
Key design elements include clear headings, concise descriptions of services, and prominent call-to-action buttons like 'Get Started' and 'Try For Free'. The visual feedback, such as the 'Success!' message and loan approval confirmation, provides immediate reassurance, making the financial journey less intimidating and more accessible.
